Ingredients: Red Chillies, Corriedner, Jeera, Pepper, Channa Dal, Udit Dal, Salt, Turmeric, Curry leaves, Fenugreek Seeds, Asafoetida. Coriander leaves.
How TO PREPARE: Cook about 80 gms of Tur Dal with one liter of water, Chopped Tomatoes, pinch of Turmeric powder and half teaspoons of Vegetable Oil. Churn the cooked dal and to this add 2 tablespoons full of "Mathur Rasam Powder" tamarind juice, salt and little of jaggery to taste. Stir well and boil for 3 minutes. Garnish with chopped Coriander Leaves before serving.
