Ingredients: Red Chillies, Corriedner, Jeera, Pepper, Channa Dal, Tur Dal, Mustard, Turmeric, Fenugreek, Cinamon, Curry leaves, Nutmeg, Asafoetida.
HOW TO PREPARES: Cook 500 grams of Vegetables used for South Indian Sambar and keep it aside. Cook 70 gms Tur Dal in 1 litter of water and with One teaspoon of Refined Vegetable Oil, a pinch of Turmeric. To this add cooked vegetable tamarind juice, little jaggery, and salt to taste, then add 3-4 teaspoons "Mathura Sambar Powder" and mix well. To this add, one teaspoon of seasoned Refined Veg.oil with mustard, curry leaves, mix well and the Sambar for 5 minutes.
