Ingredients: Red Chillies, Mustard, Fenugreek, Ginger, Garlic, Pepper, Jeera, Asafoetida, Coriander & Sodium Benzoate
HOW TO PREPARE: 1kg. of raw mangoes/ lime, cut to the required size and mix with 150 gms. of turmeric powder and 100gms. of salt. Tie the neck of the Vessel with a clean cloth and cure for seven to ten days in the hot sun, mix the contents every day. After curing add 350 g of Mathura Pickle Masala and about 100ml of hot gingelly oil, mix all the contents and allow it to cure for another 2 days. After the delicious pickle is ready to savor.
